- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and document customer information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Skills - Proven experience in inside sales or related fields, particularly in technology sales.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on telemarketing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
