Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in El Reno, OK. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing inventory, overseeing staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring that customer service standards are upheld. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and building client relationships
• Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory control and team leadership
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and practices
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
• Experience in retail store management or a similar supervisory role
• Understanding of oilfield industry-related equipment and services preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
